On August 11, functional units of Dak Nhau commune (Dong Nai city) inspected the current situation and statistics of damage to households caused by storms.
Accordingly, the thunderstorm in the late afternoon of August 10 caused damage to houses of households in the area. Among them, 3 houses had their roofs completely blown off and many green trees were broken.
Storms also caused 1 house to collapse completely, 2 houses to tilt, unable to continue living.
In addition to housing damage, dozens of hectares of crops, mainly cashew and durian, are affected. Currently, the number of households and the specific extent of damage are being further reviewed and statistically determined by the locality.
On August 11, Mr. To Hoai Nam - Chairman of Dak Nhau Commune People's Committee visited, encouraged, and provided initial support to families who suffered housing and crop damage.

Meanwhile, in Phu Trung commune, heavy rain accompanied by tornadoes on the night of August 10 also blew off the roofs of 2 houses in Phu An village. The Phu Trung Commune Civil Defense Command directed the shock force to support households to collect, repair and re-roof roofs.
