Dong Thap - Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee continues to open its headquarters on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, offering free admission and check-in for people.
Starting from 7:00 a.m. and ending at 10:00 p.m. every day during the Lunar New Year, Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee opens its headquarters to welcome all citizens to visit and check in. The tour will end on February 1, 2025, the 4th day of the Lunar New Year. This is the 10th consecutive year that Dong Thap province has concretized its determination to build a friendly government, close to the people... and also aims to strongly promote the province's strengths in the flower and ornamental plant industry.
Accordingly, local people and tourists from provinces and cities across the country can enter the provincial People's Committee headquarters from two gates: Gate 1 at No. 12, 30.4 Street and Gate 2 on Ly Thuong Kiet Street. Gate 1 is the main gate, where central delegations and foreign agencies are welcomed. Gate 2 is a side gate, but this place connects to the Spring Flower Street, so it is chosen by many tourists. Because before entering the provincial People's Committee headquarters, you will experience many large and small landscapes that are artistically and meaningfully decorated, especially the highlight with the snake mascot winding in the shape of a heart. Coming here, people and tourists can not only visit and take pictures but also learn about the workplace of the provincial People's Committee leaders with an airy architectural space and comfortably pose for photos next to beautiful landscapes and many slogans expressing the determination of the provincial leaders in economic, social, security and defense development.
