The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Thap province has just issued a document implementing Official Dispatch No. 131/CD-TTg dated December 11, 2024 of the Prime Minister on cutting and simplifying administrative procedures, reducing inconvenience and compliance costs for people and businesses right from the stage of drafting legal documents.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Heads of provincial departments, branches and sectors, and Chairmen of district-level People's Committees to regularly inspect, review and monitor the implementation of regulations and administrative procedures to promptly detect administrative procedures that are barriers to production and business activities of enterprises and people's lives in order to propose and recommend competent authorities to amend, supplement and abolish inappropriate regulations and administrative procedures.
Units strictly control and strictly implement the assessment of policy impacts and administrative procedures in projects and draft legal documents; strictly implement the timely, complete and accurate announcement and publicization of administrative procedures so that cadres, civil servants, people and businesses know, implement and monitor the implementation; ensure that 100% of administrative procedure records must be received and resolved on the province's administrative procedure settlement information system.
Notably, the digitalization of records and results of administrative procedure settlement according to regulations, linking digitalization with the performance of tasks of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the process of receiving and settling administrative procedures; promoting the reuse of digitized data through connection and data sharing,...
