The Ma Da bridge project has a starting point connecting to DT 753 route (formerly Dong Phu district, Binh Phuoc province - now Tan Loi commune, Dong Nai province).
The end point of the project is located on a trail in Dong Nai Nature - Cultural Reserve (formerly in Ma Da commune, Vinh Cuu district - now Tri An commune, Dong Nai province).
The project has a total project length of 583m, the cross-section of the bridge in phase 1 has 4 lanes for motor vehicles and 2 lanes for non-motor vehicles, the bridge length is more than 210m, the design speed is 80km/h.
The approach roads at both ends of the bridge are also built with a road width of 4 lanes for motor vehicles, 2 lanes for rudimentary vehicles on both sides, a median strip, and a sidewalk on both sides of the road.
This is a group C project, a level III project invested by the budget of Dong Nai province with a total investment of more than 133 billion VND.
The project was assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to the Dong Nai Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board as the investor.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Ho Van Ha - Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee said: The Ma Da bridge construction investment project is an important connecting project of the province, while contributing to the completion of the transport infrastructure of Dong Nai province.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the Ma Da Bridge Project by Dong Nai province aims to create a connecting route from Binh Phuoc (formerly) along DT 753, through Ma Da Bridge to the center of Dong Nai province, then follow DT 761 and DT 767, connecting to Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4.
This is also the route connecting the Central Highlands provinces to Long Thanh airport and Cai Mep - Thi Vai deep-water port, accelerating the development of inter-provincial logistics infrastructure, industrial parks... promoting the socio-economic development of localities.
After the groundbreaking, the Ma Da bridge construction investment project is expected to officially start on September 30, 2025.
