The project to build provincial road 293 extending from Kham Lang intersection to Quynh, Nghia Phuong commune (Luc Nam district) was approved by the Luc Nam district Investment and Construction Project Management Board under Decision No. 339/QD-BQLDA dated December 16, 2024, with a total investment of more than 532 billion VND from the district budget, provincial budget and other capital sources.
According to the investigation of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters at the National Bidding Network, on January 20, the Luc Nam District Construction Investment Project Management Board publicly announced the Contractor Selection Plan for 13 bidding packages of the above project.
Including the following packages: 06: Consulting on survey, making plans for bomb and mine clearance; 07: Construction of bomb and mine clearance; 08: Consulting on construction supervision of bridge construction; 09: Construction insurance; 10: Regulating and ensuring safety of waterway traffic; 11: Consulting on preparing bidding documents, evaluating bidding documents for the bridge construction package; 12: Consulting on preparing bidding documents, evaluating bidding documents for the Construction Insurance package; 13: Consulting on appraising bidding documents, appraising contractor selection results for packages 01; 02; 03; 04; 05; 08; 09; 10.
Along with that, there are 5 construction packages: 01: Construction of the bridge and road section Km1+436.89-Km2+177.64 (including costs for ensuring traffic safety during bridge construction) - worth more than 245 billion VND; 02: Construction of the road section Km0-Km1+436.89 - worth nearly 46 billion VND.
Package No. 03: Construction of the road section Km2+177.64-Km4+680.04 (including costs for ensuring traffic safety during road construction) - worth more than 77 billion VND; 04: Construction of the road section Km4+680.04-Km8+701.26 - worth more than 75 billion VND; 05: Construction of lighting and equipment installation - worth more than 22 billion VND.
Also on January 20, the Luc Nam District Construction Investment Project Management Board announced the invitation for bids for 4 out of the 5 construction packages mentioned above, specifically packages 02, 03, 04, 05. Previously, packages 07, 11, 12, 13 had all selected contractors.
