The road project from My Lam Mineral Spring Tourist Area to National Highway 2D, connecting to Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho Expressway, is 8.8km long, with a total investment of 487 billion VND. The project is divided into 2 packages, started in 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2025.
According to the reporter's records, some locations in the project have been basically completed, vehicles can circulate. Meanwhile, some areas are continuing to undergo construction.

It is known that the land area recovered for the project is 37.63ha of 378 households. To date, 36.5 hectares of 360 households have been cleared, with compensation paid nearly VND91 billion, reaching 98.6%.
Currently, there are 5 households that have not received compensation; 7 households have received money but have not yet handed over the site; 11 households have not yet had a decision to reclaim land; 12 households subject to resettlement have not been allocated land.
In My Lam ward alone, the total area of land recovered to serve the project is up to 20.42 hectares of 206 households. Currently, 19.9 hectares have been reclaimed, reaching 97%. However, some households that have received resettlement have not relocated due to problems in procedures for granting land use right certificates.
These problems make it difficult to synchronously construct items.

According to Mr. Le Thanh Cong - Commander of Package No. 08 (Hiep Phu Company Limited), the unit is in charge of the construction of the section from Km0 to Km1+900. From March 2024, the unit was handed over a part of the site but it was not complete, so it was impossible to mobilize machinery and human resources for simultaneous construction.
Currently, only about 50% of the contract value has been achieved. The unit's 1.9km long road is still stuck for about 500m, passing through the area of 8 households that have not yet handed over the site. The contractor hopes to soon remove obstacles and hand over clean land to speed up progress.
Mr. Ngo Viet Anh - Vice Chairman of My Lam Ward People's Committee - said that the locality is coordinating with relevant agencies to propagate, urgently complete the procedures for land allocation for resettlement and issue land use right certificates to households.

Households that have received compensation but have not yet moved due to procedures, the ward will support the completion of documents. In case of violation, there will be a plan to organize construction protection or comply with land recovery according to regulations.
According to Deputy Director of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board Bui Cong Phuong, in response to problems in site clearance, the board has established working groups. At the same time, officers were sent directly to each household to discuss timely handling and removal measures, especially at "bottlenecks" affecting construction.
