Weather pattern forecast for the next 24-48 hours, the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) with its axis through the Northern region is gradually weakening. Southwest monsoon with moderate to strong intensity. Above, the subtropical high pressure branch in the South through the South China Sea weakens and lowers its axis to the South, while the upper air convergence is operating better.

In the next 3 - 10 days, the low pressure trough through the Northern region will slowly raise its axis to the North and gradually weaken. Southwest monsoon maintains medium to strong intensity. Above, the southern branch of the subtropical high pressure continues to weaken and lower its axis to the South, from around August 13 - 14, it tends to encroach westward again. Upper-level wind convergence is operating well in the Southern region.
