According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh, based on the regulations and inspection records of the interdisciplinary inspection team in the field, the Ha Long Bay sightseeing tourism product using hot air balloons (fitted bottles) of Ha Long Hot Air balloon Joint Stock Company, located on Ngoc Chau Street, Tuan Chau Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, meets the conditions to ensure operations according to regulations.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh requests Ha Long Hot air balloon Joint Stock Company to be responsible for fully implementing safety measures when trading in Ha Long Bay sightseeing tourism products using hot air balloons (fitted sails) as prescribed in Article 9, Decree No. 168/2017/ND-CP dated December 31, 2017 of the Government and instructions from relevant agencies; implementing flight cooperation agreements in accordance with regulations.
The company publicly lists the selling prices of goods, services and internal regulations of the unit according to regulations. The operating time is according to the flight permit document of the combat operations department, the General Staff, the Ministry of National Defense and regulations to ensure the safety of relevant agencies.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh also requested relevant departments, branches, localities and units, according to their functions and tasks, to be responsible for inspecting and supervising the Ha Long Bay sightseeing activities using hot air balloons (fitted cages) of Ha Long Hot air balloon Joint Stock Company within their management.
