On the evening of September 15, Mr. Tue Van - owner of Dr.Juice Nha Trang - confirmed that he had just shared on social networks an incident related to an Indian tourist using juice at the shop but disagreeing to pay after claiming that the drink showed signs of mold.
According to Mr. Tue Van, on the evening of September 13, an Indian tourist came to the shop to order a glass of fruit juice. After using about half a glass, the customer complained that the glass of water showed signs of mold and requested the shop to refund the money.
Dr.Juice Nha Trang bar staff then explained that the white foam appearing in the glass of water is a phenomenon that may appear after the fruit is pressed, not a sign of mold.
However, the customer still affirmed that the white foam in the glass of water was a sign of mold, not ensuring safety and continued to request the restaurant to refund the money.

According to Mr. Tue Van, because the shop said that the juice glass sold was of guaranteed quality, they did not agree to refund the money. Instead, the shop proposed to support switching to another glass of water.
Mr. Tue Van said that what makes him dissatisfied is not only the fact that customers refuse the restaurant's support plan but also the 1-star rating after the incident.
