According to the Ha Tinh Department of Home Affairs, it is expected that by December 31, 2025, the whole province will have 1,019 people retiring before the age of application under Decree 178 of 2024 and Decree 67 of 2025 of the Government.
Accordingly, the estimated cost of payment for the above cases is 1,020 billion VND. Of which, 850 people who retire early will be supported with more than 879.6 billion VND,169 people who quit their jobs will be supported with more than 141.2 billion VND.
Of the 1,019 retirees, there are 159 civil servants, 157 public employees, 4 district-level cadres and above, 599 commune-level civil servants, 52 cadres who are not old enough to be re-elected or reappointed or meet the age requirements for re-election or reappointment according to Decree 177 of 2024 and enjoy the policies and regimes according to Decree 178.
In addition, there are 36 people working under labor contracts according to the provisions of labor law before January 15, 2019 and people working under labor contracts are subject to the policy of civil servants, 12 people working within the staffing quota at mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State.
According to the leader of the Ha Tinh Department of Home Affairs, the above amount was compiled from agencies, units, and localities to estimate the amount, funding sources, and balance payments for those who retire early and quit their jobs. When paying in reality, this number may change and fluctuate.
