15-year-old female student dies from drowning while swimming in Ke Go Lake

    Ha Tinh - While swimming in Ke Go Lake, a 15-year-old female student unfortunately drowned and died.

    Information from a leader of Cam Due Commune People's Committee said that at about 6 pm on June 3, the locality received information that a female student went swimming with her family at Ke Go Lake and unfortunately drowned.

    Immediately after that, representatives of local authorities and commune police came to the scene to verify and organize the search.

    At about 6:30 pm on the same day, the body of N.D.L (born 2011, residing in Bac Thuong village, Ha Huy Tap ward, Ha Tinh province) was found.

    Through physical examination, there were no signs of abnormality. The family confirmed that the child drowned and died while swimming in the lake, so functional agencies handed over the body to take it back to their hometown to organize funerals and burial according to local customs.
