The project to renovate and upgrade the traffic route connecting National Highway 32 with National Highway 70B of Phu Tho province to Hoa Binh province - with a total investment of more than 164 billion VND is invested by the People's Committee of Thanh Thuy district (Phu Tho province).
This project started construction in mid-2021, building an 8.04 km long road section through Luong Nha commune, Tinh Nhue commune of Thanh Son district, connecting to National Highway 70B to Hoa Binh province (about 1.7 km from Hoa Binh province).

According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper in mid-June, this new road has almost completed construction, almost the entire route has been paved with asphalt. On the road, vehicles move comfortably.
In particular, it is very timely to be able to travel through Ngoi Lat bridge - a newly built bridge connecting Tu Vu commune, Thanh Thuy district with Luong Nha commune, Thanh Son district at this time, when Luong Nha bridge is only about 1.8 km downstream of Lat stream) and has degraded, limiting its load.

Mr. Nguyen Van Vien - a resident of Sinh hamlet, Tinh Nhue commune, Thanh Son district - was happy: "The new road passes between the fields and residential areas of Tinh Nhue commune and Luong Nha commune, now going to Thanh Thuy or Hoa Binh is very convenient, no need to go out of the Da river dike like before".
Mr. Tran Anh Tu - a resident of Dan Chu ward, Hoa Binh city - shared: "Now people from Hoa Binh city to Phu Tho only need to go through a section of DT.317, National Highway 70B to get to the new road, which is directly connected to the main road of Thanh Thuy district, so going to Phong Chau bridge or other districts is very fast".

Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh - Director of the Thanh Thuy District Investment and Construction Project Management Board (representative of the project investor) - said that the road project to renovate and upgrade the traffic route connecting National Highway 32 with National Highway 70B of Phu Tho province to Hoa Binh province - although people have traffic, has not been officially accepted and handed over for use.
"The entire route is currently stuck with site clearance for 2 households in Luong Nha commune, a 120 m long road waiting to be paved with asphalt. Currently, the investor and relevant agencies are urgently arranging resettlement land for these two households" - Mr. Thanh informed.

The newly built road has shortened travel distances, opening up development opportunities for the western districts of the Ancestral Land. In particular, the route opens up opportunities to connect tourist destinations of Phu Tho and Hoa Binh, especially ecological areas, hot mineral springs... contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of localities.
