Dong Nai - Component project 1, construction of the road from Ma Da bridge to Ba Hao intersection, 13km long, construction of test pile items.

On August 9, according to information from the Dong Nai City Construction Investment Project Management Board, component project 1, building the road from Ma Da bridge to Ba Hao intersection, has organized the implementation of the pilot pile item.

Relevant units are organizing the development of construction designs to be implemented after the project is approved.

Component project 1, building the road from Ma Da bridge to Ba Hao intersection is a section of the route belonging to the project of connecting the road from Ma Da bridge to Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City, which started construction on June 30.

The project is invested in the form of public-private partnership (PPP) by Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor implementing the project.

This component project 1 has a total length of about 13km, with a total investment of about 17,000 billion VND.

This road is designed according to the elevated road plan, overpass structure, scale of 8 lanes, expected to be completed in 18 months.

This is the first project in Vietnam to apply balanced cantilever casting design and construction technology for each beam segment to help reduce material consumption, reduce carbon emissions, meet green building standards, and minimize impact on the ecosystem of the Dong Nai Nature and Culture Reserve.

Only drilled piles and pier bases are constructed at the site. The entire pier body and beam joints are produced on an industrial production line at the factory, to ensure quality, synchronicity and aesthetics of the project at a reasonable cost.

The project proposes a design solution in the form of an unroofed elevated bridge frame, each span consisting of 6 spans, 240m long, with an elevation 9 to 12 meters higher than the natural terrain, to create a spacious ecological corridor under the project, ensuring the safe movement of elephants and wild animals, while enhancing green space and maintaining the recovery and development capacity of the natural vegetation below.

When the connecting road from Ma Da bridge to Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City is completed, this chain of projects will create a vital traffic route, both ensuring direct traffic connection between the North and South of the city, and creating a complete inter-regional traffic axis, becoming the shortest and fastest road to connect the Central Highlands provinces with Dong Nai City, directly to Long Thanh airport and Cai Mep - Thi Vai deep-water port cluster.
