Nearly 1,300 billion VND to build roads to industrial parks in Dong Nai

Dong Nai - The total investment for the road project to Ong Keo Industrial Park (Nhon Trach district) has been adjusted to nearly 1,300 billion VND.

On January 7, information from the People's Committee of Dong Nai province said that a decision had been made on the implementation of Resolution No. 51/NQ-HDND (dated December 11, 2024) of the People's Council of Dong Nai province on adjusting the investment policy for the road to Ong Keo Industrial Park (phase 1), Nhon Trach district.

Accordingly, the total investment of the road project to Ong Keo Industrial Park (phase 1) was adjusted to nearly 1,300 billion VND.

Of which, construction costs are over VND634 billion; consulting, project management and other costs are nearly VND36 billion; compensation and site clearance costs are over VND510 billion and contingency costs are nearly VND119 billion.

The project implementation period is adjusted from a maximum of 5 years from the date of capital allocation for project implementation expected in the 2018-2022 period to no more than 4 years from the date of capital allocation for project implementation.

The road project to Ong Keo Industrial Park (phase 1) is about 5.5km long, the starting point of the route intersects with Hung Vuong Street (old Highway 19), the end point of the route borders Ong Keo Industrial Park.

The road has a roadbed width of 18m, of which the road surface is 15m wide, and the sidewalks on each side are 1.5m wide.
