Dak Lak - The Provincial People's Committee has just reported a summary of 5 years of implementing Circular 79 of the Ministry of Public Security guiding temporary suspension of exit and non-entry.

Recently, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Provincial Police to be the unit to synthesize and guide the registration process in each field to ensure synchronous and strict implementation.

Accordingly, from September 1, 2020 to February 28, 2025, Dak Lak Provincial Police have registered to temporarily suspend exit for 7,088 cases

This includes 3,953 cases related to the investigation; 3,135 cases in the enforcement field; 1,524 cases in the tax field. There have been 435 cases of temporary suspension canceled after tax obligations have been fulfilled

The Provincial People's Committee assessed that the implementation of Circular 79 was implemented synchronously, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, contributing to improving the effectiveness of crime prevention.

Decisions to temporarily suspend exit and not allow entry were made to the correct subjects, based on and within the time limit, without any complaints or violations affecting the investigation process.
