The above package was widely bid online, priced at nearly 75 billion VND from the provincial budget for transportation.
In the coming time, after the results of contractor selection, the construction unit will regularly manage and maintain bridges and roads on provincial roads: provincial road 431, provincial road 432, provincial road 432B, provincial road 433, provincial road 435, provincial road 435B, provincial road 436, provincial road 436B, provincial road 437, provincial road 438, provincial road 438B, provincial road 439, provincial road 440, provincial road 443, provincial road 444, provincial road 445, provincial road 446, provincial road 448, provincial road 449 (Km3+800 - Km4+800 and Km6+600 - Km17+800), provincial road 450.
Along with that are the bridges: Chi Ne Bridge + access roads at both ends of the bridge, Hoa Binh 1 Bridge + access roads at both ends of the bridge (Hoa Binh Bridge), Hoa Binh 2 Bridge + access roads at both ends of the bridge (Huu Nghi Bridge), Hoa Binh 3 Bridge + access roads at both ends of the bridge (Thong Nhat Bridge).

Along with the implementation of road management, the maintenance package for items such as: Road surface; traffic safety system; roadbed, drainage and tree care; bridges and other works.
According to the technical requirements of the package, regular road management and maintenance are activities of management, monitoring, repair of minor damages, maintenance of equipment installed in road works, conducted regularly every day to maintain road works in a state of normal exploitation and use and limit the occurrence of damage to road works.
Therefore, there is no requirement for the progress of all work items but only a requirement for the time allowed to overcome the shortcomings for each work item.
