At the ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi Hong - President of the Women's Union of Trung Liet Ward (Dong Da, Hanoi) - reported on the implementation process of the "Blooming Playground" project at houses 8 and 9 of the Thuy Loi University dormitory.
Accordingly, the project has been successfully completed and handed over to the people for use and self-management. The project ensures good quality, meeting technical and aesthetic requirements.
The project "Blooming Playground" has the active support of the Party Committee - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of Trung Liet Ward, the leaders of the Party Committee and the Front Working Committee of Residential Area 11A. Especially the benefactors who have supported intellectual resources, material resources, and human resources have always accompanied throughout the preparation and construction of the playground.
"The playground was successfully built with the aim of renovating and upgrading infrastructure, ensuring safety and urban beauty. Meeting the people's aspirations," Ms. Tran Thi Hong emphasized.
Ms. Hoang Thi Bieu (lane 10 Tam Khuong, Dong Da) said that since the construction was completed, she often spends time going to this playground every day to exercise.
''Previously, this area had not been invested in and lacked many tools. But now I feel that this playground is very complete and is only 100m from my house so it is easy to get to,'' Ms. Bieu said excitedly.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi Minh Xuan - District Party Committee Member, President of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) of Dong Da district acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility of the Trung Liet Ward Women's Union in socialization work.
"In the coming time, the Ward Women's Union and the Neighborhood Party Cell need to regularly organize activities at the playground, as well as manage the equipment well. It is necessary to create a safe and healthy space for adults to practice sports and a place for children to relax and play in the locality," Ms. Xuan emphasized.
Dong Da District held a ceremony to put up a signboard for the "Blooming Playground" project with a total investment of nearly 100,000,000 VND from socialized sources to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).
