According to the plan, the province continues to implement the plans transferred from plan No. 30 dated August 9, 2025 of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee, including: Detailed plan at a scale of 1/500 for the northern area of the Casa Marina Resort expansion project (Quy Nhon Nam ward), area 4.87ha; Detailed plan at a scale of 1/500 for Sub-area 2.3 - Bai Xep International Sea Resort (Quy Nhon Nam ward), area 7.83ha.
1/2,000 scale zoning plan for the vicinity of the North-South high-speed railway station in Bong Son area (440ha) and Dieu Tri area (443ha). 1/5,000 scale general construction plan for Bien Ho - Chu Dang Ya tourist area (6,300ha) and adjustment of the zoning plan for the cultural pine hill tourism area combined with ecotourism in Ia Hrung commune and Dien Hong ward (136ha).
