The opening of the "Gia Lai Province Investment Communication Portal" aims to create a channel for interaction, exchange, reception and reflection of difficulties and obstacles of businesses in the process of implementing investment projects, production and business activities.
The Provincial People's Committee requests heads of departments, branches, and localities to propagate and provide guidance materials on using the "Gia Lai Province Investment Portal" for investors and businesses; thereby creating an interactive channel, exchanging and reflecting difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing investment projects and production and business activities in the area. At the same time, direct relevant professional departments to daily log in to the management account of the "Gia Lai Province Investment Portal" to check and receive feedback and recommendations; consider and respond to feedback and recommendations within no more than 2 working days.
The content of answering reflections and recommendations must be clear, specific, easy to understand, easy to implement and in accordance with the provisions of law; thereby creating maximum favorable conditions for investors and businesses to soon remove difficulties and obstacles, and accelerate the progress of investment, production, and business activities.
Within half a working day from the time of receipt, if it is found that the reflection or recommendation has complex content, it is necessary to coordinate to collect opinions from relevant agencies and units, the lead agency is responsible for updating the new processing deadline on the system and stating the reasons.
The Office of the Provincial People's Committee is responsible for monitoring and urging the receipt and response of reflections and recommendations; summarizing and reporting on the operation of the Investment Communication Portal to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee every Friday.
The Provincial People's Committee requests business associations in the area to coordinate information and widely disseminate to members and the business community, investors inside and outside the province about putting into operation the "Gia Lai Provincial Investment Portal" at https://hotrodautu. gialai. gov. vn.
