On the evening of March 15, the Gia Lai Provincial Election Commission said that the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in the province took place seriously, in accordance with regulations, and ensured safety.
According to the Gia Lai Provincial Department of Home Affairs, the whole province has 2,450,893 voters in the list. By 7:00 PM on March 15, 2,445,128 voters had participated in voting, reaching 99.76% of the total voters.
The whole province has 2,000/2,179 polling stations completing 100% of the voting; 96/135 communes and wards have completed the voting work.
Recorded on election day, a large number of voters in the province were excited and actively exercised their citizens' rights. The atmosphere at the polling stations was lively, serious, and in accordance with regulations.
The work of ensuring conditions to serve the election was deployed synchronously. Traffic in the province was smooth and safe, creating favorable conditions for voters to go to the polling station. The communication system in the polling areas operated stably. The weather was dry, with light sunshine, favorable for voters to participate in voting.
In addition, the political security and social order and safety situation in the voting areas were maintained, and complicated issues did not arise. Facilities and equipment serving the election at the polling stations were fully prepared and in accordance with regulations.
