For the Pleiku Trade, Service and Housing Complex project, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan requested the People's Committee of Pleiku Ward to complete the adjustment of the master plan, architectural plan and prepare a proposal to adjust the investment policy in September 2025.
For the Dak Doa Central Supermarket and New Residential Area project, in October 2025, the Gia Lai Provincial Land Fund Development Center must develop a plan to auction land use rights. In case the planning indicators are not in accordance with current regulations, it is necessary to report to the Provincial People's Committee to adjust the detailed planning 1/500; Decision approving the investment policy, organizing land use rights auctions according to regulations.
For the Hoi Phu Residential Area project, the Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee requested a thorough inspection of the legality of the auction documents, ensuring compliance with the planning before organizing an official auction; the auction process must be public, transparent, and on schedule.
For the Residential Group 6 Residential Area project, the land use rights auction plan must be completed and submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for approval in August 2025.
For the Tra Da Commune Eco-zone and Resort villa project, the Department of Construction is assigned to review and evaluate the suitability of the local planning adjustment plan with the general planning, land use planning, housing development plan and legal regulations.
Regarding the Ia Rto Reservoir project ( Ia Sao commune), Mr. Tuan assigned the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to speed up the progress, soon complete the irrigation canal system to put the project into operation.
The Chairman of Gia Lai province also assigned the People's Committee of Ia Sao commune to take over the management of the Ia Rto clean water supply project (old), urgently develop a clean water price plan to submit to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Finance for appraisal and approval to soon put the project into operation, meeting the essential needs of local people.
