At 9:00 a.m. on June 5, at the area of the Tien Sa Port 5 bridge, the Tien Sa Port Border Guard Station (Da Nang Port Border Guard) discovered a pig with signs of exhaustion.
The pig weighed about 200kg and showed signs of exhaustion. Upon receiving the information, officers and soldiers of the Border Guard Station at Tien Sa port approached and restored the health of the pigs, then coordinated with some fishermen to use boats to bring the pigs to sea.
According to Major Tran The Dung, supervision inspection staff, Tien Sa Border Guard Station, who directly supports dolphins to the sea, when discovered fish stranded, fish showed signs of exhaustion with scratches. After recovering the health of dolphins, the border forces coordinated with some fishermen to take dolphins to the sea.
"At 10am the same day, when we arrived at the area with deep water levels and fish could swim on their own, we were assured to return to shore" - Mr. Dung said.
This is the first time the schools have been stranded in the Tien Sa beach area. According to initial assessment, the fish may have fallen into fishermen's nets, so they are weak and washed ashore by waves.
