On March 7, information from Thuan Thanh Ward Police (Bac Ninh province) said that at 10:20 PM on March 3, 2026, Thuan Thanh Ward Police conducted patrols to ensure security and order in the area; when they arrived at Ho bridge, they discovered a Dream motorbike, license plate 20H7 - 1xxx parked on Ho bridge, with keys stuck, without anyone watching or managing it.
Thuan Thanh Ward Police force conducted an inspection around the Ho Bridge area and discovered a young man sitting on the bridge abutment, about 10m from the Ho Bridge surface, intending to jump off the bridge.
Faced with the dangerous situation, Thuan Thanh Ward Police quickly deployed forces, approach plans, and coordinated with the Youth Union and Tan Chi Commune Police to persuade and encourage the young man.
After about 20 minutes of persistent mobilization, the police force successfully persuaded and brought the young man to a safe location.
Through quick information gathering, it was learned that the young man's name was N.H. A, born in 2001 in Gia Binh, had a conflict with his family, so on the evening of March 3, 2026, he intended to go to Ho bridge to jump off the bridge to commit suicide, but was discovered and promptly prevented by the police force.
Immediately after that, the police force handed over N.H. A to her family for management.
