On March 7, information from the Bac Ninh Provincial Inspectorate said that recently, the unit organized a random draw conference to select people whose assets and incomes will be verified in 2026.
According to the draw results, the number of people whose assets and incomes will be verified in 2026 is 45 people, distributed in 10 agencies and units, specifically:
Department of Home Affairs: 3 people, Department of Finance: 5 people, Department of Agriculture and Environment: 5 people, Department of Construction: 5 people, Department of Health: 5 people; Department of Education and Training: 4 people, Management Board of Industrial Parks: 5 people, Bac Ninh Provincial Traffic and Agriculture Project Management Board No. 1: 4 people, Bac Ninh Provincial Traffic and Agriculture Project Management Board No. 2: 4 people, Representative of state capital in state-owned enterprises of the province: 5 people.
According to the Bac Ninh Provincial Inspectorate, the random draw conference to select people whose assets and incomes will be verified in 2026 is organized under the direction of the Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee in the Decision dated January 27, 2026.
This activity aims to publicize and transparentize the process of controlling assets and income, contributing to improving the effectiveness of corruption and negativity prevention and control in the province.
This is an annual activity, implemented according to the Law on Anti-Corruption in 2018 and Decree No. 130/2020/ND-CP dated October 30, 2020 of the Government on controlling assets and income of people with positions and powers in agencies, organizations, and units.
The verification process is carried out in accordance with the order and procedures prescribed by law, ensuring the principles of objectivity, accuracy, fairness and transparency.
Asset and income control agencies must also ensure that verification is carried out within their authority, to the right subjects, without affecting or infringing on the legal ownership of the verified person's assets.
