Forming the habit of complying with the law on road traffic, restoring order and discipline in ensuring traffic order and safety, determining the highest goal of reducing damage to people's lives, health and property.
Strengthen information, propaganda, dissemination and education on traffic laws, innovate content and methods of propaganda suitable for each subject and area.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Kien Giang province requested the Department of Construction to coordinate with functional units to review and assess the current status of traffic routes to promptly overcome unreasonable traffic organization, develop a traffic reorganization plan in accordance with reality, focus on complex traffic routes and areas and resolve black spots and potential points at risk of causing traffic accidents.
Continue to disseminate, propagate, and educate laws on traffic safety, traffic culture and traffic skills, through extracurricular activities for students.
Directors of departments, branches and presidents of People's Committees of districts and cities promote the responsibility of the heads, well implementing the prevention of violations of traffic order and safety at agencies and units; strengthen education on law observance when participating in traffic to each cadre and party member; uphold the exemplary in compliance with the law on traffic order and safety with the motto "above as an example, under follow". The intervention is strictly prohibited, impacting on the process of handling violations of traffic laws of the authorities.
The People's Committees of districts and cities focus on directing functional departments and branches to organize inspections and manage activities in the tourism sector; disseminate to individuals and self-drive car rental businesses, accommodation establishments to grasp legal regulations and related responsibilities when handing over vehicles to unqualified people; for establishments to commit not to hand over vehicles to unqualified people.
