First administrative violation: Fraud in bidding in Package No. 3 of 2020: Procurement of mobile TV cars of Bac Ninh Radio and Television Station.
Second administrative violation: Fraud in bidding in Package C1 in 2021: Purchase of new broadcasting control equipment and modern equipment of old control of Bac Ninh Radio and Television Station.
Third administrative violation: Fraud in bidding in Package C2 in 2021: Purchase of central document storage system and 4K UHDTV studio equipment system of Bac Ninh Radio and Television Station.
Provided in: Clause 3, Article 37 of Decree No. 122/2021/ND-CP dated December 28, 2021 of the Government on handling administrative violations in the field of planning and investment.
For the above 3 violations, the media company ITV was fined a total of 750 million VND.
