Accordingly, Bac Ninh province will prepare human resources and facilities to pilot the application "Fire 114" to serve the work of ensuring security and order and fire prevention, fire fighting, and rescue at Bac Ninh Provincial Police.
Pilot period: From April 22 to May 26, 2025, the participants are people of Bac Ninh province.
Bac Ninh Provincial Police will assign officers and soldiers to participate in training on the use, operation and management of the "Fire 114" application, testing phone call and Video Call functions, creating reports of accidents, incidents, fires, explosions, rescue and reports on security and order; deploying on duty at the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Command Information Center to directly manage and receive reports.
At the same time, handle reports reflected from the "Fire 114" application in accordance with the process of receiving and processing reports from other sources, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with information and communication agencies in the province to organize propaganda and mobilize people to install and use the application to promptly reflect and provide information on accidents, incidents, fires, rescue and reports on security and order that occur in the area.
Survey and evaluate the features, suitability and responsiveness of the Fire 114 application during the pilot implementation.
As a standing unit, it will preside over advising the Provincial People's Committee to synthesize, evaluate, draw experience in the implementation process and organize a preliminary review and evaluate the effectiveness of the pilot implementation results.
Bac Ninh province requires 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, and employees at Departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities, and the Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks to complete the installation of the "Fire Fighting 114" application before April 30, 2025; maintain trial calls during the pilot period (until May 26, 2025).
At the end of the pilot phase, each Department, branch, and People's Committee of districts, towns and cities will conduct a survey to collect opinions from at least 10 users at the agency or unit on the assessment of the features, suitability and responsiveness of the application "Fire Fighting 114" (with survey form attached).
