Accordingly, 37 individuals were assigned to share an area of 20,025.2m2 (QD 840), 41 individuals were assigned an area of 21,010.8m2 (QD 841), 30 individuals received 15,411.6m2 (QD 842), and 28 individuals were assigned an area of 17,021.4m2 (QD 843).
The land allocation area this time belongs to the production forest land group, implemented in the form of no auction, no bidding to select investors, to ensure access to cultivated land for people affected by environmental incidents.
The People's Committee of Quang Ninh district assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over the handover of the site and coordinate with relevant units to hand over the Land Use Rights Certificate according to regulations.
It is expected that the issuance of red books to households will be completed in May 2025.
Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, Hai Ninh commune is one of the localities affected by environmental incidents caused by wastewater from Formosa Ha Tinh Company since April 2016.

Quang Binh province allocated VND 2.6 billion from the source " planning capital, granting of land use right certificates, funding for determining infrastructure costs for projects, funding for implementing land use right auction procedures" under the provincial budget estimate.
