Recorded at the intersection between Nguyen Tat Thanh and Nguyen Sinh Sac, the section passing through Hoa Khanh ward, Da Nang city, the road surface appears dense with potholes, many deep subsidence points and serious peeling.

When it rains, water accumulates in large puddles covering the road surface. On sunny days, dust flies everywhere, directly affecting road users and surrounding shops.
According to local people, the deterioration of this road has been going on for a long time, with many deep holes appearing, making it difficult for vehicles to move, especially motorbikes.

Mr. Pham Van Tri (name changed, security at a store on Nguyen Sinh Sac Street, Hoa Khanh Ward, Da Nang City) said that the deterioration at the section Nguyen Tat Thanh assigned to Nguyen Sinh Sac has greatly affected traffic through this section.
Especially in the early morning and late afternoon, when there are many vehicles, traveling is even more difficult.

"People participating in traffic driving through can easily get lost due to potholes. I have witnessed many accidents here, some people are seriously injured and have to call for emergency care to take them away.
Every time it rains, the holes are flooded, so it is difficult for passersby to predict the depth. People who are familiar with the road should proactively avoid it, while people who have just passed by here do not know that this section is damaged, so accidents are likely to happen," said Mr. Tri.

Faced with the above situation, the leader of the People's Committee of Hoa Khanh Ward said that this intersection between Nguyen Tat Thanh and Nguyen Sinh Sac belongs to the city-level management and maintenance by the Department of Construction of Da Nang City.
The locality has reported to the city's Department of Construction about the damage in this section to have a solution as soon as possible.

The Department of Construction of Da Nang City informed that the unit has grasped the situation and issued instructions for handling. However, due to prolonged rain, the asphalt paving work on the route has not been able to be carried out.
"As soon as the weather is stable, we will resume construction to repair damaged areas, ensuring safety for people and vehicles participating in traffic," said a representative of the Department of Construction.
