Handing over a rare golden mountain turtle to release back into nature

    Ha Tinh - Catching a rare golden mountain turtle, people have handed it over to functional agencies to release it into nature.

    On the morning of August 11, news from the People's Committee of Cam Binh commune said that the locality had just coordinated with the Cam Xuyen Forest Protection Department to receive a golden mountain turtle of group IIB from the household of Mr. Le Van Coi (residing in Quyet Thang village, Cam Binh commune).

    The golden mountain turtle individual above was discovered and arrested by Mr. Le Van Coi's family and then proactively contacted and handed over to functional agencies.

    After receiving it, Cam Binh Commune People's Committee coordinated with Cam Xuyen Forest Protection Department to carry out the necessary procedures according to regulations to release it back to the natural environment at Ke Go Nature Reserve.
