Ngo May Secondary School has organized a review to draw experience for the management staff and related individuals in the implementation of professional regulations according to the guidance of the Education sector.

Quy Nhon City People's Committee also said that based on Mr. Xuan's request to withdraw his complaint and the results of the Quy Nhon City Inspectorate's work with Mr. Xuan, on December 26, 2024, the locality issued a decision to suspend the settlement of Mr. Xuan's complaint.

On January 2, speaking with Lao Dong, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Ha - Principal of Ngo May Secondary School said that the school had paid the overtime salary for Physical Education teachers and the teachers had agreed on the payment level.

"Along with resolving the regime for teachers, the school's Board of Directors has organized a review to learn from experience in professional guidance," said Ms. Ha.

Informing Lao Dong, teacher Nguyen Van Xuan confirmed that he had withdrawn his complaint and wanted to close the case, after the school had paid for the extra teaching hours.

"The school has resolved the policy, so I want to end the case and do not want to complain any more. I would like to thank Lao Dong Newspaper for accompanying me throughout the journey to reclaim my rights," Mr. Xuan expressed.
