On September 16, a working delegation of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee led by Mr. Y Nhuan Bya - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - worked and inspected the progress of projects invested by the Buon Ma Thuot Construction Investment Project Management Board.
According to the report of the Buon Ma Thuot Construction Investment Project Management Board, the total planned capital allocated in 2026 is more than 1,712 billion VND. Of which, the capital in 2025 extended to 2026 is 410.283 billion VND; the public investment capital plan for 2026 is about 1,300 billion VND.
As of mid-September 2026, the Board has disbursed 714.776 billion VND. Of which, the capital source from 2025 extended to 2026 has disbursed 129.627 billion VND; the planned capital for 2026 disbursed 585.149 billion VND.
Previously, by the end of August 2026, the disbursed value reached 698.493 billion VND, equivalent to 40.8% of the plan. Thus, in the first days of September, the disbursed value continued to increase, reaching about 42% of the total planned capital allocated.

Mr. Tran Viet Ngu - Director of Buon Ma Thuot Construction Investment Project Management Board - said that currently the unit has 10 key projects facing difficulties and obstacles, causing the disbursement rate not to meet the set requirements.
The Board is coordinating with local authorities, departments, and related sectors to focus on removing difficulties, especially in compensation and site clearance (GPMB), in order to accelerate the progress of project implementation.

From now until the end of 2026, early 2027, the Board will focus on definitively resolving and completing the Ea Tam Irrigation Reservoir project and the Ton Duc Thang road project (Nguyen Dinh Chieu - Tran Khanh Du and Phan Trong Tue - Le Quy Don sections).
At the same time, continue to disburse public investment capital for 5 projects to upgrade and expand other roads in Buon Ma Thuot city (old), ensuring progress according to the set plan," Mr. Ngu said.

According to Mr. Ngu, in the past time, the actual cost of compensation and site clearance has increased compared to the initial estimate, exceeding the total investment approved at many projects.
Therefore, projects must carry out appraisal procedures, adjust investment policies, prolonged through many departments and sectors. The situation of land being owned by many owners, buying and selling by handwritten papers also causes difficulties in verifying the origin of land and determining compensation beneficiaries.
At the working session, Mr. Y Nhuan Bya - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee - requested the Buon Ma Thuot Construction Investment Project Management Board to focus on definitively resolving difficulties and obstacles, especially issues related to site clearance; and at the same time accelerate construction and complete dossiers to accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the unit to proactively coordinate with departments, branches and localities to handle each specific obstacle, ensuring that projects are implemented on schedule and improve the efficiency of using public investment capital.
