On December 5, the People's Committee of Giang Vo Ward (Hanoi) held a meeting to deploy the enforcement of site clearance for the investment project to build Ring Road 1 section Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc through the ward.
The Ring Road 1 project, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section through Giang Vo ward, has a total of 795 site clearance plans. On November 21, the People's Committee of Giang Vo Ward completed the approval of 795/795 plans.
The Ward People's Committee has deployed propaganda, mobilization, and urging households to promptly hand over the site (implementing a corrugated iron fence along the entire route; notifying of power outages, water cuts, requiring households to receive money, receive houses, and hand over the site...).

As of December 5, most households have handed over the land. The Ward People's Committee continues to propagate and mobilize the remaining households to hand over the site; at the same time, it has directed units to inspect, review, consolidate records and prepare security and order plans to enforce against households who deliberately do not hand over the site.
Giang Vo ward cut off electricity and water completely on December 5, and carried out enforcement on December 10 against households that deliberately did not hand over the land for the investment project to build Ring Road 1 section Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc.
On the afternoon of December 5, Giang Vo ward will have working groups to grasp the situation at the scene to supplement and complete the enforcement plan.

In his concluding remarks, Chairman of Giang Ward People's Committee Vo Co Nhu Dung emphasized that, implementing the direction of the city leaders, there are only about 9 days left to complete the site clearance for the Ring Road 1 project, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section through the ward.
Giang Vo Ward identified this as the most important time to ensure site clearance progress, thereby requiring the entire ward's political system to take action.

To ensure effective site clearance enforcement, the leaders of Giang Vo Ward People's Committee also requested that during peak times, it is necessary to arrange 24/7 citizen reception, including Saturdays and Sundays.
The ward police force is required to organize continuous duty to ensure absolute maintenance of security and order in the ward during peak times. The functional units are assigned to review and arrange locations for the movement of people's assets after enforcement.
The project investor is also requested to complete the final payment for compensation and site clearance plans on December 5, while focusing on completely demolishing the areas where the site has been handed over.
"The People's Committee of Giang Vo Ward and the political system of the ward are committed to completing the project site clearance before December 15, 2025 and handing it over to the investor to implement the project," emphasized the Chairman of the People's Committee of Giang Vo Ward.
