The winning bidder was Vinh Phuc Construction and Trading Company Limited with a value of more than VND93 billion (estimated price of more than VND94 billion); the package implementation period is 600 days.
On May 13, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper in the article "Wards in Vinh Phuc spent 109 billion VND to renovate more than 1.8 km of road", the People's Committee of Dong Tam Ward, Vinh Yen City selected a contractor to construct the Lam Son Road Renovation and Renovation Project (from the Nguyen Khoi - Lam Son roundabout intersection to the intersection at the village of Y bridgehead).
With a total investment equivalent to the project of Hoi Hop ward, the project of Dong Tam ward has a total investment of more than 109 billion VND, invested by the People's Committee of this ward.
The bid package of the same name: "Construction + equipment" of the above project is priced at more than 94 billion VND. Vinh Phuc Construction and Trading Company Limited is also the approved enterprise to win the bid with a price of more than VND93 billion and the package implementation period is 600 days.
Having won many bids with very low savings rates - under 1%
Vinh Phuc Construction and Trading Company Limited is located at Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Hoi Hop Ward, Vinh Yen City. Along with the 93.5 billion VND package of the Underground Water Project to supply electricity to residential areas of Tien Son residential group, Yen residential group and Nui residential group, this enterprise has won many packages implemented by Hoi Hop Ward People's Committee with very low budget savings after bidding.
On October 1, 2024, Vinh Phuc Construction and Trading Company Limited won the bid package "Construction of 02 + equipment (Dong Rung Residential Area)". underground project to supply electricity, domestic water for Sau Nui residential area, Dong Rung residential area and Viglacera residential area (total investment of the project is nearly 114 billion VND) at 41,023,236,516 VND (estimated price of 41,228,401,000 VND), savings rate is only about 0.5%.
On December 22, 2023, Vinh Phuc Construction and Trading Company Limited was approved by the People's Committee of Hoi Hop Ward to win the bid package "Construction of 01 + equipment (Vu Nui residential area)" of the same project at the above price of VND 50,523,176,000 (estimated price of VND 50,759,917,000) - the savings rate is about 0.47%.
Also on December 22, 2023, the company won another package in the project to lower underground electricity and water for four residential areas (officers - workers, Soc Luong, Cau Nga and Lang Ca), with a total investment of nearly 116 billion VND, with the winning bid price of 95,541,889,000 VND (estimated price of 96,483,012,000 VND) - the savings rate is about nearly 0.98%.
Notably, in June 2023, this enterprise also won a bid package in Tam Duong district with an extremely low savings rate: only 0.03%. That is the "Construction and installation" package of the resettlement project, auction of land use rights allocated in Trung Quan and Ngoai fields, Thanh Van commune, Tam Duong district, with the winning bid price of 47,509,258,000 VND. Meanwhile, the estimated price is 47,524,369,000 VND, saving the budget just over 15 million VND for a package worth 47.5 billion VND.
