Hanoi - The Low Emission Zone Project in Ring Road 1 has not been considered for approval at the 2nd session of the 17th Hanoi City People's Council.

On the morning of May 11, the Hanoi City People's Council of the XVII term held a thematic session (second session).

Mr. Tran The Cuong - Standing Vice Chairman of Hanoi City People's Council informed about 15 contents expected to be approved at the session.

Mr. Tran The Cuong said that this session the City People's Council has not considered and approved 3 contents, including the Project on Low Emission Zones in Ring Road 1 in Hanoi. Two other contents that have not been submitted in the session are the Project to invest in building a road adjacent to Children's Hospital and Kidney Hospital and the Resolution Regulating policies to support research student training of the city in the period 2026 - 2030.

Explaining this, Mr. Cuong said that the draft report on the Resolution has not ensured the conditions for information and dossiers to be submitted to the City People's Council for consideration and approval.
