The city established two interdisciplinary inspection teams to inspect compliance with legal regulations on occupational safety, hygiene, and fire prevention in 2025 at 30 enterprises and construction works in Hanoi. The inspection period is from January 2024 to the time of inspection. The inspection time at each unit is 1 day.
The delegation is responsible for inspecting and concluding the compliance with legal regulations on labor safety, hygiene, and fire prevention and fighting of units, enterprises, and construction works; recommending administrative sanctions for violations of the law or recommending amendments and repeal of documents that are contrary to the law (if any).
The inspected units are responsible for reporting in writing and providing records, documents and information as requested by the inspection team, and are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents provided; and recommending policy amendments and supplements (if any).
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to develop an outline and inspection schedule, notify the inspected units and prepare conditions to serve the inspection team; summarize the results and report to the City People's Committee according to regulations.
