On August 26, the Office of the Hanoi People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 13495/VP-DT announcing the direction of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan on the installation of a battle tarpaulin to serve the masses to visit the National Day parade and parade on September 2 (abbreviated as A80).
Accordingly, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan gave his opinion in agreement with the plan of the Hanoi Capital Command to deploy the installation of 10 battle tarpaulins at 5 locations: Tay Son Flower Garden (Hoan Kiem Ward); Le Truc Flower Garden (Ba Dinh Ward); Nui Truc - Kim Ma Intersection (Giang Vo Ward); Hanoi Station Square (Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward); the area opposite 14B Le Truc (Ba Dinh Ward) to serve the masses to visit the A80 parade and parade.
At the same time, the Hanoi Capital Command was assigned to preside over, organize the installation, management, and supervision of the tents; ensure safety, order, environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting; and dismantle after the event ended.
Assign the People's Committees of the above wards to support the Hanoi Capital Command to ensure security, order and safety throughout the implementation period.
