On January 8, Lien Minh Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) organized a campaign to resolve bottlenecks in urban order and build to ensure urban order, discipline and civilization.
Mr. Dinh Thanh Quang - Vice Chairman of Lien Minh Commune People's Committee said that the commune established 2 working groups, with the composition of officials, professional civil servants and functional forces.
Task forces are assigned the task of directly inspecting and handling violations of urban order and construction order on roads and key areas where violations frequently occur.
Accordingly, functional forces have resolved bottlenecks in urban order and construction on roads 417, N1, De Van Coc, N4, Tho An Central Road, Lien Minh Road, Tho Xuan Road and areas with violations of urban order.
In the first deployment, the commune's functional forces focused on propaganda and mobilization of people to strictly comply with the provisions of law. At the same time, resolutely handle violations such as: encroachment on roads and sidewalks; stopping and parking vehicles in the wrong places causing traffic obstruction.
Functional forces also dismantled advertising signs, shacks, and roofs that violated regulations; ensured environmental sanitation; made administrative violation records for violations; temporarily seized exhibits and vehicles violating according to the provisions of law.
According to the plan, from January 8th to January 12th, Lien Minh commune will focus on drastically handling bottlenecks in urban order and construction.
