Hanoi Ring Road 2.5 has a total length of about 19.64km, planned width of 40-50m. Starting point in Ciputra New Urban Area, ending at the intersection with Ring Road 3 (section near Thanh Tri bridge).
To date, Ring Road 2.5 has been put into use 5/13 sections with a length of 11.28km. The Ministry is implementing 8/13 sections with a length of more than 8km.

In the 8 sections being implemented, Thanh Xuan ward is assigned to be the investor of the compensation and support component project, technical infrastructure works in the Nguy Nhu Kon Tum - Nguyen Trai section.
The route section is about 0.95km long, with a cross-section of 40m.
Preliminary statistics show that there are about 600 cases including organizations, households and individuals subject to land acquisition and site clearance for project implementation, with a total land acquisition area of about 39,059m2.
The cost of site clearance is about 3,686 billion VND, from the city budget.
To meet the urgent requirements of the project, in the early days of 2026, Thanh Xuan Ward People's Committee issued a land recovery plan to implement the Ring Road 2.5 project, Nguy Nhu Kon Tum - Nguyen Trai section.
In January 2026, functional forces will conduct land recovery notices, and at the same time conduct surveys, measurements, inventory and verification of land and population contents, thereby classifying dossiers to have handling directions.
