Hanoi plans to reclaim about 22.9 hectares to implement the investment project to build section 2, the road connecting Vo Nguyen Giap Street to Soc Son satellite urban area, 4km long.

Permanent Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed and issued Decision No. 5727/QD-UBND on approving the investment project to build section 2, the road connecting Vo Nguyen Giap Street to Soc Son satellite urban area.

The route is about 4km long and the land use area is about 22.9ha.

The starting point of the Km0+00 route intersects with Provincial Road 131, the end point is at the intersection with the road connecting National Highway 3, Soc Temple, including the following items: Construction of foundation, road surface, sidewalks, trees, median strip, rainwater drainage, domestic drainage, cross-drainage culverts, technical ditches, retaining walls, ditch restoration, traffic safety, water supply and fire prevention and fighting systems, lighting systems and other auxiliary items...

The project is invested by the People's Committee of Soc Son commune with the goal of connecting and completing the implemented traffic system, such as the route from Provincial Road 131 to National Highway 3 and the project of section 1 of the road connecting the Satellite Urban Area with Vo Nguyen Giap Street under construction.

The route contributes to gradually completing the planning to develop the satellite urban area approved by the City People's Committee, creating development momentum, attracting investors to promote the construction of technical infrastructure systems of the satellite urban area to meet the development goals and planning until 2030, creating favorable conditions for people's travel and production, promoting socio-economic development...
