According to the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Mr. Le Anh Dung - Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province was transferred to work, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Thanh Mien District Party Committee from March 1, 2025.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Anh Dung thanked the provincial leaders for their trust and confidence in assigning him the important responsibility. In his new position, Mr. Le Anh Dung promised to continuously learn, cultivate, strive, and practice. Promoting the role of the head of the Party Committee, fulfilling the responsibility of setting an example for cadres and Party members; together with the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Thanh Mien District Party Committee to promote and inherit the tradition, the leaders of the District Party Committee achieved more success.
Speaking at the conference, Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang believes that the new Thanh Mien District Party Secretary Le Anh Dung will promote experience, qualities, capacity, and sense of responsibility with the collective leadership of Thanh Mien district to lead and direct the implementation of assigned tasks well.
Mr. Le Anh Dung was born in 1982, from Kim Xuyen commune (Kim Thanh district). Mr. Le Anh Dung has a bachelor's degree in economics from the National Economics University, a master's degree in economics from Hanoi University of Agriculture; and a high level of political theory.
Mr. Le Anh Dung has held the positions of Head of the Finance - Planning Department; Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Director of the District Political Training Center; Permanent Deputy Secretary; Secretary of Kim Thanh District Party Committee; Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province.
