Personnel can be received from the Departments of Home Affairs, Culture, Health, Education and Training at the district level (or related departments), cultural - social civil servants, commune-level statistics offices and appropriate professional staff.
The Commune-level Public Administration Service Center is managed by a Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, with a deputy director (sponsorship) and at least 5 civil servants. The Center receives civil servants to control administrative procedures, receives - resolves - returns results from the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee at the district level, the Office of the Commune-level Statistics Office and other appropriate sources.
