According to data compiled on the software to monitor the progress of implementing the removal of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province, as of today (March 11), the whole province of Hai Duong has started repairing and rebuilding 100% of households eligible for funding to remove temporary and dilapidated houses.
According to the statistics, the whole province has started construction of 1,453 houses, with 185 households no longer needing to request withdrawal from the list of support for removing temporary and dilapidated houses. Thus, 100% of households eligible for support to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses have started construction according to the schedule required by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province. Of these, 676 households have newly built and 777 households have repaired, 239 households have completed repairs and 21 households have completed new construction.
To complete the goal of completely eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area by June 2025, the entire political system from the province to the grassroots has taken responsibility and urgent action. The process of building housing for poor households has the participation of local authorities, organizations and people.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province have coordinated with the authorities and mass organizations to call for and mobilize material support and labor days, materials for households to build new houses and repair degraded houses.
Hai Duong Provincial Police registered nearly 570 officers and soldiers to coordinate with other forces to participate in supporting the construction. The Provincial Military Command registered to support 50% of the total number of working days for repair houses, 30% of the total number of working days for newly built houses, the participating force is 5-7 officers, soldiers/1 house, the expected number of working days participating is about 5,400 - 7,560 working days.
