According to document No. 3075/UBND-TTPVHCC of Hai Phong City People's Committee on the implementation of Resolution No. 66.7/2025/NQ-CP of the Government regulating the reduction and simplification of administrative procedures (AP) based on data.
To synchronously and effectively implement the above Resolution and the Official Dispatch of the Ministry of Justice on the implementation of the Resolution, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City requested the Heads of the City's Departments, branches, and sectors, Chairmen of Commune People's Committees in the city to thoroughly grasp and widely disseminate the content of Resolution No. 66.7/2025/NQ-CP to cadres, civil servants, public employees, competent people handling administrative procedures, Heads of agencies and units of competent people handling administrative procedures, agencies, organizations, enterprises and people. Strictly direct the exploitation and use of information in the database to replace information types and components of administrative procedure settlement records.
Along with that, organize the implementation of digitization, complete and accurate updating of data according to regulations; ensure conditions for technology infrastructure to connect, exploit, and use information in databases to solve administrative procedures according to the requirements of individuals and organizations. Develop a Plan to implement assigned tasks in the Resolution of the Government and the direction of the Ministry of Justice.
The Departments and branches: Justice, Finance, Health, Agriculture and Environment, City Police, City Social Insurance preside over and coordinate the review and restructuring of the TTHC settlement process and publish on the City's TTHC settlement information system for TTHCs issued by the locality with the dossier components to be replaced by information on the databases specified in Resolution No. 66.7/2025/NQ-CP; complete before December 31, 2025. Restructuring the TTHC settlement process for procedures with replacement file components with information in databases within 15 days from the date of TTHC announcement.
