The Department of Construction adjusts bus route No. 03: Petroleum Hotel (427 Da Nang Street) - Do Son into route: Political - Administrative Center (North of Cam River urban area) - Do Son and vice versa. The adjustment is aimed at serving passengers, people and cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in Hai Phong city who need to travel and move more conveniently when the new Political - Administrative Center of the city in Thuy Nguyen comes into operation from July 1.
Driving frequency: peak hour 15 minutes per trip; low hour 30 minutes per trip. Do Son 2 Area opens at the Political - Administrative Center at 5am. Do Son 2 Area closes at the City Political - Administrative Center at 6pm.
Ticket price for the entire route: 30,000 VND/person/trip; route ticket: 25,000 VND/person/trip (trip tickets are calculated from the starting and ending points of the route to Dong Neo intersection). Bus route No. 03 (adjusted) operates in the form of socialization, businesses balance their own revenue and expenditure, not using the state budget.
The Department of Construction assigned the Infrastructure Management Department to review and adjust the traffic signal system on the route so that buses can operate according to the approved adjustment plan. The Center for Management and Maintenance of Inspection and Supervision of the operation of Bus route No. 3 according to the approved adjustment plan; coordinate with Thinh Hung Transport Company Limited to supplement information on the bus route at the starting point, end points and stops and parking on the route; complete before July 10. Thinh Hung Transport Company Limited has prepared conditions to operate bus route No. 3 according to the approved adjustment plan since July 14, publicly announcing to passengers to know; strictly complying with regulations on traffic safety and order and public passenger transport business by bus during operation.
