To ensure traffic safety and reduce traffic congestion in the Hoang Van Thu bridge area and access road, the Department of Construction announced the organization of one-way traffic on Hoang Van Thu Street from Tran Phu Street to Nguyen Tri Phuong Street; parking is prohibited on the entire Hoang Van Thu Street.
Vehicles traveling on Hoang Van Thu Street from Hoang Van Thu Bridge to the city center are prohibited from turning left onto Nguyen Tri Phuong Street; stopping and parking are prohibited, passenger vans with more than 16 seats are prohibited on That Khe Street (both sides of the road).
Vehicles traveling through Hoang Van Thu bridge to the city center can follow the following routes: Hoang Van Thu bridge - Cam riverside road - Cu Chinh Lan street - Nguyen Tri Phuong street or Hoang Van Thu bridge - Cam riverside road - Tam Bac street - Nguyen Tri Phuong street. The other route is Hoang Van Thu bridge - Hoang Van Thu street - That Khe street - Nguyen Tri Phuong street.
The Department of Construction requests drivers of vehicles participating in road traffic to comply with the road sign system and functional forces to regulate traffic at the scene.
