The Nam Cau Binh Intersection Green Park project has a total investment of nearly 135 billion VND from the city budget, with the People's Committee of Hong Bang District as the investor. The project started on July 4, 2023, and is expected to be completed in 2025.
The total project implementation area is 2.2 hectares, including the construction of a green park of 2.09 hectares, including a yard and a walking path, planting trees with grass, building a rainwater drainage system, water supply system, lighting system... Some outstanding items are 3 corners of the house made of reinforced concrete, tiled roof; 1 fountain made of reinforced concrete.
Along with that, build a 195.9 m long Re River embankment on a reinforced concrete pile, renovate and expand the existing road connecting to Bai Say Street.
After completion, the park will join the South Binh Bridge intersection project and projects with modern architectural landscapes such as Vinhome Imperia Urban Area, Hoang Huy Grand Tower apartment building to create a highlight of the regional landscape architecture, meeting the urban renovation process in Hong Bang district in particular and Hai Phong city in general.
The Nam Cau Binh Intersection Green Park project is one of 12 projects that were started and inaugurated on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day and the 2025 Red Phinh Flower Festival.
Reported by PV at noon 7.5, a week before the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation, most of the items at the park were completed. On the project site, dozens of workers are working hard to build unfinished items, striving to complete the project on schedule.
