Implementing the plan to organize people's opinions, sectors and levels on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2013 of the Draft Committee to amend and supplement a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution, the Government sent to the National Assembly Standing Committee to consider and give comments on solutions to serve the people's opinion on the draft Constitution of the Constitution of the Constitution in 2013 on the application of VNE.
On 11.4.2025, the Ministry of Public Security issued Official Letter No. 1364/BCA-C06 on participating in the opinion of the people's suggestions about the draft amendment and supplementation of a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution to the Government Office, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Science and Technology on Utilities using VNEID.
C06 has provided instructions for people to participate in contributing opinions on the platform solution "utility of collecting public opinions on the content of the 2013 amendment to the Constitution on the VNeID application".
- Step 1: People log in to the VNeID application or website https://vneid.gov.vn using an active level 2 electronic identification account.
- Step 2: People can access the "Userity to collect public opinions on the content of the 2013 Constitution amendment on the VNeID application".
- Step 3: People choose to read the Draft amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.
- Step 4: People enter comments and send information.
- Step 5: The Ministry of Public Security synthesizes the comments of the people and sends them to the Ministry of Justice to prepare a General Report of the Government.
According to C06, all classes of people are allowed to contribute opinions and develop legal documents of the State. Quickly approach the Party's major policies, guidelines and decisions.
For State agencies: Ensure publicity and transparency in participating in the development of State legal documents.
Support management agencies to shorten the time to collect public opinions and synthesize opinions; Provide data for leaders and specialized agencies with an effective channel to grasp public opinion, serving the work of managing, directing and implementing the Resolution and major policies of the Party.
