Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just reported on the results of resolving voters' opinions and recommendations on accelerating the progress of planning implementation, and soon relocating two production facilities (concrete mixing stations) in Hoa Lu ward out of residential areas to ensure environmental sanitation.
Accordingly, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has agreed on the policy and plan to move two concrete mixing stations of Xuan Truong Construction Enterprise and Xuan Thanh Group, in Hoa Lu ward out of residential areas.
For the mixing station of Xuan Truong Construction Enterprise, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee agreed on the plan to move to the Ba Mao hill and Cau Thung hill area, belonging to Yen Son ward, Ninh Binh province.

For Xuan Thanh Group's mixing station, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee agreed to move to a new location in Yen Khanh commune, Ninh Binh province. Currently, the enterprise is carrying out procedures to propose investment policy for the project at the new location.
Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee assigned departments, branches and People's Committees of relevant communes and wards to coordinate and guide businesses to carry out procedures for site clearance, relocate the above facilities and complete dossiers in accordance with the law.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper had a series of articles reflecting that in the old Ninh Binh city, there are a series of production plants and concrete mixing stations, located in residential areas, operating causing environmental pollution and noise. Among them, there are two concrete mixing stations above.
Most of these facilities are located close to residential areas, schools... Every time these facilities operate production, smoke and dust fly into people's houses, along with noise from machinery and equipment, causing people to be upset.
Since 2016, Ninh Binh province has agreed on the policy of relocating polluting facilities out of the center of Ninh Binh city. Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee and related units have organized many conferences and guided businesses to implement them many times.
However, many years have passed, and the relocation of these facilities has not yet been implemented.
Talking to PV of Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the leaders of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee said that during the time of carrying out procedures to relocate the two mixing stations above, the province requests production facilities to strictly implement regulations on environmental protection (reducing noise, dust, wastewater... ) and subject to monitoring, inspection, and automatic monitoring of the environment if necessary.
After relocating the above-mentioned production facilities, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee will assign sectors to study and re-plan these production facilities in the spirit of converting from production land to commercial land or public land, urban residential land.
