The accident happened at about 4:20 am on June 28 on National Highway 12C, in Vung Ang ward.
At the above time, driver Nguyen Van T (born 1986, residing in Song Tri ward, Ha Tinh province) driving a truck with license plate 38H - 016. xx carrying his wife, Ms. Le Thi T (born 1987) moving to the National Highway 12C intersection area, collided with a tractor-trailer with license plate UN - 45xx parked on the side of the road.
The strong collision caused Ms. Le Thi T to die on the spot, Mr. Nguyen Van T was seriously injured and had to be hospitalized for emergency treatment; the truck's front was dented and damaged.
Upon receiving the news, functional forces were present at the scene, investigating and clarifying the cause of the accident that killed and injured the couple.
